On-site and In-House Service Terms and Conditions:

1. Customers are strongly advised to have backup of data. Octagon Electronics takes no responsibilities for any data loss as consequence of service, regardless of the cause.
2. For return to base warranty, customer shall support the courier expenses.
3. Octagon Electronics warranty does not cover virus infections or software problems.
4. Warranty covers only goods sold by Octagon Electronics.
5. If checked goods are fault free, there may be service surcharge.
6. Onsite service travel charge may incur upon the distance of destinations
7. If for any reason the Customer does not pickup the serviced goods, Octagon Electronics shall dispose the unclaimed goods after 90 days from the time the goods were dropped in.
